Refund Policy

All sales are final. Services provided by Tenacity Training Facility LLC — including memberships, custom programs, custom nutrition coaching, transformation programs and personal training — are non-refundable. Because coaching time, programming and digital access are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges once a billing period has started.

You can cancel your membership at any time, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellations take effect at the next renewal date, and no further charges are made after that.

If you were charged in error, or a duplicate charge appears on your account, contact us through the in-app messaging in the Client Hub and we will review it and reverse any mistaken charge.
